LSDEP was the second official release by the progressive rock/indie band Days Away. This ep was what made me start listening to the band and it's still my favorite of their releases. That's not to say that their full length Mapping An Invisible World isn't good, because it's amazing. I just prefer the earlier versions because there's less gloss and production in the way of the music. If you're a newcomer to Days Away, by all means start with the full length, both albums have their strengths and weaknesses. Also it should be noted that all of the songs on the LSDEP appear on Invisible World, just different versions. This is one of my favorite albums in a long time and you should definitely check it out.

A few of the members of Days Away are now in the band Good Old War who are a great band as well as Anthony Green's band for his solo project. Go check both Good Old War and Anthony Green's solo stuff(Circa too) out!
I just got around to download to this album, and I'm pleasantly surprised. It's nice to break up the action of my usual playlist.
